Volunteer day is coming, pls come with us...

Requested for volunteer to animal shelter: 9 September 2010.
Time: 1:30pm

Enclosed please find year 2007 and year 2008 the monthly planning. One of the shelter located in Fo Tan on the hillside where transportation is bad. To get there, walking 200 or so uneven steps is a must. It is because of this, we need many helping hands when clearing the shelters or delivering food to these shelters. Of course noted that in order to take care of these animals, love, patience and kindness are the must ingredients.

*** This month details:-

Place: Ms. May Yip's shelter
Fo Tan KCR station- Exit B (get together 1st and then walk to the shelter, will take around 20 mins)

Tasks:-
Apart from carrying the dog food, if there is enough manpower, will give dogs bath and haircut. Clear leaves and garbage, repair facilities and general clean up. We need you....

Note: -
As it requires a lot of energy for the activity, pls have lunch in advance and bring your own water. Please also bring your own clothes, apron and mosquito repellent, an extra set of clothing (in case you need to change), towels, etc. The shelter also need a lot of old towels, cotton clothing and black garbage bags, bleach and any dog-related products (2nd hand is also welcome). Pls try your best to bring dog-grooming products, eg. Scissor, blow dryer, comb, nail clippers, etc.
